Articles under perspective of Mr. Huynh Phuoc Nghia

As a senior consultant at GIBC, Mr. Huynh Phuoc Nghia has almost 10 years of experience in in-depth research and working in Real Estate market, as well as consultancy projects that involve Marketing Strategy and Branding Marketing.

Mr. Nghia was the COO of Vietnam Marcom for 8 years. In addition, he was also a member of the Standing Committee of “Promotion of Vietnam Images” program (co-organized by Tuoi Tre newspaper, Vietnam Marcom, and Future One), and “Promotion of Vietnamese agricultural products” (co-organized by Saigon Times, Vietnam Marcom, and University of Economics, HCM City). Given his contribution, Mr. Nghia was able to become a member of CMO Council – a community of world-class Marketing experts.

Currently, Mr. Nghia is a lecturer of the Commerce, Tourism, and Marketing Department of University of Economics, HCM City. After getting his MBA at CFVG and Master Degree in Marketing (Lille 2, France), Mr. Nghia continues to pursue his PhD Degree of University of Paris 1 (Pantheon Sorbonne) with the thesis of “Consumers’ behavior in housing in Vietnam.”

Mr. Nghia is one of the experts who are usually asked for comments and analysis in Real Estate section of VnExpress. He also actively takes part in other Marketing events and seminars as a guest speaker and occasionally a key panelist. Recently, Mr. Nghia contributed a case study for the book “Rethinking Marketing in ASEAN,” one of the bestsellers in Singapore.
