Dalat on June 28 - 29, 2013
In order to strengthen the tight and intimate relationship between Thai Binh Investment JSC and GIBC, on June 28 - 29 in Da Lat, two companies attended leadership training, CSR and team building program.
In the first part of leadership training lesson, Mr. Pham Phu Ngoc Trai - Chairman and CEO of GIBC shared his leadership experience that he has gained more than 30 years in many management levels. In part two, education trainer Nguyen Thanh Vuong Ngoc and students pointed out the differences between managers and leaders. Knowledge got from this section is useful to those who will be managers from medium to high level.
In the evening of same day, two companies honored to attend the gala dinner of Little Vietnamese Goods Ambassadors Camp, which is especially program in order to reward excellent performance of 100 underprivileged children from the Mekong Delta during five-day (June 24 - 28, 2013). Every year on the occasion of June, Little Vietnamese Goods Ambassadors Camp co-organized by Leading Business Club, The High Vietnamese Qualitative Goods Association, and Ambassador of Vietnamese Goods Club with the desire to bring joy, nurture dreams for the less fortunate children in the rural areas.
This year, the amount of 660.5 million VND and many gifts donated from enterprises such as GIBC, Thai Binh, Thanh Thanh Cong, Duy Tan, PNJ, CT Group,… are precious support to contribute the success of the camp.
Following previous evening, early on 29/06, the two groups joined the team building to review the leadership content.
In an intimate air, everyone of 2 teams together overcame challenges, side by side united towards to “victoria” goal under the guidance of the team leader. All difficult games needed solidarity of all staff of Thai Binh and GIBC, and helped 2 companies stick together. With a lesson "Geese fly to the South", education trainer Nguyen ThanhVuong Ngoc shared with teams to understand the power of unity and team spirit as well as the indispensable role of leaders.
Dalat trip ended, each member has gained themselves useful knowledge from leadership skills and team spirit. Lack of one of these two important factors, the organization cannot develop and grow sustainably.
